  1. Complete ALL pages of the RMA Form (Machine Info, Return Shipping, & Payment)
  2. Email the completed forms to support@gtschmidt.com
  3. Receive your RMA# via email from our customer service team
  4. Properly package your machine, write your RMA # on OUTSIDE of the package, and ship to:
