REPAIR SERVICE ORDER (RSO) INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Complete ALL pages of the RSO Form (Machine Info, Return Shipping, & Payment)
  2. Email the completed forms to support@gtschmidt.com
  3. Receive your RSO# via email from our customer service team
  4. Safely package your machine, write your RSO# on the OUTSIDE of the package, and ship to:

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) INSTRUCTIONS

All product return requests are subject to GT SCHMIDT’s terms and conditions and are approved at GT SCHMIDT's discretion. Custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. To initiate a return request for a standard stock item, please contact our customer service team at 847-647-7117 or email support@gtschmidt.com for RMA instructions. An RMA number is required for all returns; items returned without one will be refused. For approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, and a minimum 25% restocking fee.
