Maintenance, Repairs, and Returns
We understand the importance of keeping your marking machines running with minimal downtime. Whether you are in need of a tune-up or an extensive repair, we are ready to help get you up and running again.
We offer several repair services for all of our equipment regardless of warranty. Simply speak to one of our customer service representatives and they will guide you through the process of creating an RMA (Return Material Authorization).
All machines, whether in- or out-of-warranty must be given an RMA# before they are shipped to our repair department.
To ship equipment to us, please follow the instructions below and complete the RMA forms.
*** Machines sent to GT SCHMIDT without an RMA # will not be accepted ***
RMA AND RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Complete ALL pages of the RMA Form (Machine Info, Return Shipping, & Payment)
- Email the completed forms to support@gtschmidt.com
- Recieve your RMA# via email from our customer service team
- Properly package your machine, write your RMA # on the package and ship to:
