Nameplate marking is a popular marking application. While marking nameplates may be possible without accessories, using accessories can produce safer and faster results more efficiently.

Nameplate Clamps
Our nameplate clamps help you line up your nameplates and secure them in place so you get your mark where you want it every time.
Clamps are easily adjustable and can fit nameplate sizes up to 4" x 4".
Shuttlefeed
Automate your nameplate marking process. Our shuttlefeed systems allow an operater to stack tags, run a program, and walk away from the marking station.
Standard shuttles accommodate aluminum nameplates with a minimum thickness of .020” and stainless steel nameplates with a minimum of .018”. Sizes can range between 0.5”x 1” to 4” x 4”. Pick and Place
Are you marking different-sized nameplates? GT SCHMIDT has an automaton solution for that too. Load different sized nameplates into the aptly named "Pick and Place" and watch as the system picks up a selected nameplate and places it into the marking field. After marking, the nameplate is moved out of the marking field and the process is repeated with a new nameplate.
