Simplify marking with the Pulse - SCHMIDT's newest addition to the Styliner® pin marking machine family.

Its touchscreen PC and mounted, compact controller requires 25% less space, giving you more room to work. Measurement markings along the sides of the Pulse's column makes properly aligning the Styliner® head a breeze, and the base's 104 fixture holes give you plenty of options to mount your parts to keep them steady during marking.

Styliner® Pulse (All-in-One) Unit Specs:

• 4" x 4" marking field
• Manual Z-Axis on for up to 9.5” of marking height adjustment (20% increase)
• Mounted on a sturdy aluminum column with measurements for easy marking height adjustment and recall placement
• Rugged base with over 100 mounting holes for easy fixture installations
• Pneumatic Requirements: 85 psi, 2-3 CFM Ave., not including the use of any other pneumatic components
• Carbide stylus pin can mark up to 64 Rc, with a diamond tip available for harder parts
• All-in-one unit with smaller footprint

• Interfaced with a robust, and very flexible StyleWrite software package
