How It Works

To initiate the process, you provide our sales or customer service group with a machine serial number and photo/pdf of your existing marking machine. Our Regional Sales Manager will set up a site visit to assess the condition of your pre-owned machine and provide an immediate purchase price and proposal price for a new replacement marking machine. In the event that a site visit is not possible in the near future, we can expedite the process via tele-conference.
