The foundation of the GeoMARK Pro is a pulsed fiber laser with an extended frequency range and high-speed scanning. With 20-, 30-, and 50-watt laser options, the GeoMARK Pro can produce a wide range of marking depths in metal and plastic parts. Intuitive software makes it easy to set up and mark beautiful logos, crisp text, scannable data codes, and more.  

Additional GeoMARK Pro features emphasize ease-of-use and safety. It has a powered door, programmable Z-axis, aiming pointer, and an enclosure that keeps light and radiation sealed in, making it safe to use in any working environment. For additional marking and part support, accessories are available for the GeoMARK Pro and the rest of our GeoMARK line of lasers.

GEOMARK PRO LASER APPLICATIONS

The GeoMARK Pro can be used to mark parts in any industry, such as serial numbers for firearms and part numbers on aircraft equipment. It is capable of annealing, heat marking (aka dark marking), etching (aka ablation), engraving, discoloration (aka foaming), and carbon migration.

It can mark all metals, including steel, aluminum, iron, brass, and copper. It also marks some plastics like polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). It can also mark ceramics.

The GeoMARK Pro uses SCAPS, easy-to-use software that is capable of a variety of marks:

  • Create text in any layout using Windows True Type Fonts and open type fonts.
  • Generate 1D barcodes, 2D Data matrix, and QR Codes.
  • Create QR Codes containing logos.
  • Import images or vector files for marking.
  • Easy implementation of serialization and date/time codes.
  • Remote control via Ethernet or direct program calls.
  • Adjust marking power, speed, laser frequency, and much more.
