PNEUMATIC STYLUS ASSEMBLIES
010075 Stylus Assembly #1 Long (Fine)
Designed for marking thin, brittle, or sensitive materials, such as nameplates. This stylus features an aluminum body that produces less noise than plastic options. The fine tip allows for very fine resolution on small text sizes and detailed logos.
010077 Stylus Assembly #3 Long (Heavy)
This stylus features a 1/8" diameter pin, as well as an aluminum body, reducing noise during operation.
010376 Stylus Assembly Hi-Speed Long
This stylus is great for medium-duty jobs. Though its tip isn’t as fine as our #1 Long stylus tip, it still provides good precision and resolution. It is an all-purpose option suitable for most applications.
010559 Stylus HS HD Long Dual-Spring
Ideal for creating wide, deep marks, this stylus for our column-mounted pin marking machines and is great for marking rough surfaces like castings and parts that will undergo post-processing, such as painting.
010377 Stylus Assembly Hi-Speed Short
This stylus is a good all-purpose solution that creates less impact on parts but still produces deep marks, though not as deep as our heavy-duty styluses.

The HS HD Short stylus is a stylus for our handheld pin marking machines that delivers wider, deeper marks, marking rough surfaces like castings and parts that will undergo post-processing, such as painting.

This stylus offers the same features as the Hi-Speed Heavy Duty Short stylus but is designed to be used for our electric handheld pin marker only.
4009002 Stylus #2 MD, Diamond-Tipped
This diamond-tipped stylus can be used for various applications and offers a longer lifespan and high durability. It is primarily designed for marking into the surface of harder materials but is not intended to create depth. It also features an aluminum body for quieter operation.
