GET A COMPLETE MARK IN ONE QUICK, POWERFUL STROKE
Set up steel type and stamps in our typeholders and make the complete mark in one quick stroke with the Air-Over-Oil impact press. It uses air pressure to rapidly move the ram and hydraulic pressure to slowly squeeze the type into your part. The result is smooth and quiet operation combined with fast and efficient marking.
For safe operation, our Air-Over-Oil presses are operated with anti-tie-down dual-hand controls to ensure the operator's hands are not in the marking area. Additional accessories and options include custom fixturing and tooling, as well as automatic feeding systems like shuttles, hoppers, stackers, and dials.

The Air-Over-Oil Impact Press uses squeeze action, offering a gentler marking action when closer control of stamping pressure is desired. There is no hard impact, no bounce, and no repercussion as the marking pressure is delivered in a straight, smooth squeeze.
