Squeeze
action presses offer a gentler marking action when closer
control of stamping
pressure is desired.
Impact Marking
Two versatile, economical units with 5 or 10
tons of impact pressure for fast marking of nameplates and
small parts.
Schmidt pneumatic impact presses are suitable for a multitude
of application circumstances. You can use them individually
or in series, install them in virtually any location, and
position them vertically, horizontally or even upside down.
You can use standard Schmidt tooling.
They are operated with anti-tie-down dual hand controls.
And, they can be equipped with automatic feeding systems
like shuttles, hoppers, stackers, and dials.
Squeeze Action Presses
Bench and floor models with 5 to 15 tons of
marking pressure, eliminate impact and reduce noise. Squeeze
action Schmidt presses provide an alternative marking
choice in applications where impact could be damaging. By
comparison to impact presses, these units are dramatically
gentler for both the parts being marked and the tooling in
the machine. There's no impact, no bounce and no repercussion
as the marking pressure is delivered in a straight, smooth
squeeze.
