Model 5T pneumatic impact marking presses

 Model 5T Marking Presses

Model 5T Pneumatic Impact Marking Presses - For quickly marking a limited amount of information into a flat surface. As a flange mounted unit, the 5T can be positioned in a vertical or horizontal arrangement. It is also available with a fixed table stand. This 5-ton press has a 2-1/2" maximum impact stroke, with a minimum air requirement of 20 P.S.I. To ensure operator safety, the 5T is equipped with electrical anti-tie down dual hand controls.

Model 10T

Model 10T Pneumatic Impact marking Presses - For marking a greater quantity of data or larger character sizes. The 10T features an adjustable column with 11" of vertical travel. The column is mounted to a rigid machine base with tapped holes for locating an array of fixture tooling. The 10-ton impact press has 5" of maximum impact stroke and electrical anti-tie down dual hand controls. Similar to the Model 5T pneumatic marking machines, the Model 10T can also be supplied as a flange mounted unit for a multitude of applications.

Using a squeeze action versus the rapid power of impact marking depends on the type of parts you are marking. The Model 450 is available in an array of sizes. It is available with maximum pressure ratings of 5, 7.5, 10.5 and 15 tons of marking force. Air actuated anti-tie down dual hand controls are included with each machine.

Versatile and easy to operate, this press marker can mark parts up to 20" long in a vertical fashion. The machine table is manually adjustable with a hand wheel located at the front of the unit. The Model 25ES-S has the flexibility to cover a wide range of press marking applications with up to 13 tons of pressure. Electrical anti-tie down dual hand controls are provided on every Schmidt Model 25ES-S.

Model AO Presses


The Air-Over-Oil press Marker is quiet, safe and great for either bench mounted or mobile applications.

Schmidt's air/oil pneumatic marking machines are suitable for a multitude of applications. You can use them individually or in series and install them in virtually any location.

Our air-over-oil presses bring a new and improved concept in marking technology to the marketplace. These presses offer a smooth and quiet operation and at the same time help to eliminate the bounce effect (ghosting) on your parts.

Air pressure is used to rapidly move the ram, where hydraulic pressure slowly squeezes the impression into your part.

Available in two capacities with 2.5 inches of adjustment, these presses help satisfy low volume requirements.

Schmidt's air-over-oil presses are operated with anti-tie-down dual hand controls. They can be equipped with automatic feeding systems like shuttles, hoppers, stackers and dials, or with custom numbering heads and fixtures.
