Portable Hand Held Pin Marking Systems
Schmidt manufactures two styles of portable hand-held pin marking systems with a wide variety of accessories and options to fit your part marking needs.
The Styliner® Stinger & Super Stinger are both robust pin markers that pack the same power of a column mounted system into a light weight hand held option. They are great for marking large or heavy parts that are difficult to mark with a column benchtop system or hand stamps.
Schmidt's Portable Hand Held Marking Machine Capabilities
As with any of our Styliners marking systems, the Stinger and Super Stinger are complete part marking systems capable of marking 2d barcodes, 2d data matrix, automatic date codes, sequential serial numbers, logos, or any identification marks on to your flat or round parts.
With Schmidt's knowledge, expertise, and in-house engineering capabilities, we can provide an integrated system of hand held UID marking, reading, and verifying based on your specific requirements and in compliance with AIM DPM quality and ISO certification guidelines.
Our hand held pin marking machines have a communication cable up to 30 feet long and a variety of controls and custom options for complete portability. Schmidt also offers our Styliner® Stinger & Super Stinger as separate marking heads for inline integration.
