Controls for Pin Marking & Scribe Marking Systems

MS WinXPE Controls - NO PC REQUIRED

The MS WinXPE controls combine Schmidt machine controls and an internal computer with Windows XP embedded on a flash card aboard the computer. These controls are capable of handling data input from a wide range of systems via the supplied network connectivity. Each MS WinXPe controller includes a 15" flat panel monitor and an industrial keyboard and mouse.

The WinXPe controls feature:

• Windows XP embedded operating system
• one (1) serial port
• one (1) parallel port
• five (5) available USB ports
• nine (9) available I/O’s
  (six input, three output)
• an RJ45 Ethernet port
• Windows XP embedded OS.
• Optional 3rd & 4th axis to run a rotary device or an automatic "Z" axis for marking height adjustment.
• StyleWrite for Windows software with 2D data matrix capability, serialization, date coding, and radial marking.

MS MiniWin Controls

The MS MiniWin controls are ideal for basic applications that do not require external clamping or rotary devices. These economical controllers have a smaller foot print and require an external computer with a USB port.

The MS MiniWin controls feature:

• requires an external PC via USB port
• one (1) available USB port
• small size for space constraints
• There are no additional available I/O’s on the standard MS MiniWin controls.
• StyleWrite for Windows software with 2D data matrix capability, serialization, date coding, and radial marking.

MS Win Controls

The MS Win controls use the same NEMA enclosure as the Ms WinXPe and MS 104 controls, but a dedicated computer with Windows 98, Windows XP, or Vista. These controls are the preferred choice when an external computer with a larger capacity and additional programs is required.

The MS Win controls feature:

• requires an external PC via USB port
• nine (9) available I/O’s
  (six input, three output)
• available USB port
• Optional 3rd & 4th axis to run a rotary device or an automatic "Z" axis for marking height adjustment.
• StyleWrite for Windows software with 2D data matrix capability, serialization, date coding, and radial marking.

MS104 Controls

The MS 104 controls use the same NEMA enclosure as the MS WinXPE and MS Win controls, but have an internal computer with a dependable DOS operating system. These controls were the original controllers that Schmidt introduced with embedded computers and have an outstanding history of superior performance and reliability. They include our easy to use Style 40 software.

The MS 104 controls feature:

• an embedded PC DOS operating system
• two (2) RS-232 communication ports
• nine (9) available I/O's
  (six input, three output)
• Optional 3rd & 4th axis to run a rotary device or an automatic "Z" axis for marking height adjustment.
• Schmidt Style40 software with serialization, date coding, and radial marking.

MS P Controls

The MS P controls are typically used with our hand held marking systems when portability and a limited amount of marking information is required. These controls are ideal for mounting onto two or four wheel hand carts.

The MS P controls feature:

• an embedded computer with DOS operating system
• one (1) RS-232 communications port
• interfaced with a keypad and a LCD
  Q-terminal display.
• optional connections available for a keyboard and monitor.
• There are no additional available I/O’s on the standard MS P controls.
• Schmidt Style 40 software with serialization and date coding.
