Model 10 Numbering Heads

Some marking machine marking applications require numbering heads in which all the wheels change automatically for sequential numbering.

Schmidt Model 10 automatic numbering heads are the industry standard for automatic numbering. They can be used with Schmidt Marking Systems

press machines, or even ordinary punch presses, to indent consecutive numbers in metal and other materials.

Standard Model 10 numbering heads have 5-7 wheels, and character sizes from 1/16" to 1/4". These heads provide top performance because of Schmidt engineering innovations:

• Neutral wheel position eliminates prefix zeros.

Barrel Style Numbering Heads..

..are designed for roll markng on flat surfaces. This allows for automatic serialization of flat surfaces and thin walled components using a roll marking machine and will eliminate the possibility of bounce-back or "ghosting" common with impact operations.
