MicroLase™ I Five Watt Laser Markers
The MicroLase I - 5 watt marking laser is an economical
diode pumped solid state (DPSS) Nd: YAG laser technology
used primarily for marking metal and plastics. Some of the primary uses for this system is the marking of high speed cutting tools and carbide inserts. The Microlase I utilizes
the same end-pumping design used on all of the MicroLase™
series laser markers.

The MicroLase I - 5W laser marker is available with four standard
marking field sizes:
- 50mm x 50mm (approx 1-31/32” x 1-31/32”)
- 110mm x 110mm (approx 4-21/64” x 4-21/64”)
- 180mm x 180mm (approx 7” x 7”)
- 230mm x 230mm (approx 9” x 9”)
The average diode lifetime is estimated at 15,000 hours - and
because there are no consumable parts in the system, it’s
virtually maintenance free until replacement of the diode is
required.

fixtures, lift and x-y tables and custom fixturing.
