Schmidt offers CO2 laser marking systems that are extremely reliable with high quality permanent marking on the widest range of material including paper, cardboard, textiles, and other organic and painted/coated materials.
The CO2 laser system has a control unit rack and laser head configuration that offers extreme flexibility for integration of both stand alone marking stations as well as inline production.
Thanks to the embedded controller, marking configuration is extremely easy and only a keyboard and a display screen are required. Connection to the laser is available through USB connection.
CO2 laser systems can be used to mark 2d barcodes, 2d data matrix, logos, or any sequence of characters and numbers on your parts and products. Marking data can be input manually, bar code scanned, or downloaded from your mainframe computer or network system.
Intelligent laser control with RS232, USB 2.0 and Ethernet Communication
| Typical connection for remote control to allow long distance or a main server for more systems. | Typical connection for local control to manage the system directly or for maintenance. |
