Fiber Laser Marking and Laser Engraving
Schmidt offers fiber laser marking and laser engraving systems ranging from 10 watts to 200 watts which are available in infrared or green wavelengths.
Schmidt Microlase® fiber laser systems are virtually maintenance free and have low operating costs. The fiber laser systems offer a small footprint making them extremely flexible for integration into your existing production line or as separate stand alone workstations. All Microlase® fiber laser systems are supplied with an easy to use Windows based laser software package.
Fiber Laser System Capabilities
Fiber laser marking systems have a lifetime rating of up to 100,000 working hours. Fiber lasers offer high processing speeds and consistent high quality marks making them ideal for UID part marking identification and traceability requirements. Fiber lasers will mark and engrave on steel, aluminum, plastics, ceramics and more. Fiber lasers are also well suited for virtually any deep marking, engraving, annealing, ablating, as well as, many cutting applications.
Fiber lasers are perfect for UID part marking of 1d and 2d barcodes, 2d matrix, material flow, graphics, logos, date codes, serial numbers and or any sequence of characters and numbers on your parts and products. We can provide an integrated system of marking, reading, and verifying based on your specific requirements and in compliance with AIM DPM quality and ISO certification guidelines.

Schmidt offers a powerful yet easy to use laser software suite. It can automatically date code, import logos, and serialize. It is also capable of marking 2D data matrix, UID barcodes, graphics and much more. Our software can be networked and programmed to send and receive pertinent data.
