Schmidt is an ISO 9001:2000 certified manufacturer of part marking machines and engraving equipment. Schmidt's broad range of marking products include standard and custom laser marking systems, dot peen pin marking machines, and hand-held portable marking systems. Schmidt also manufactures more conventional part marking equipment including, pneumatic and hydraulic roll marking, rotary roll marking and press marking machines, as well as, steel marking tools which includes steel type & hand stamps, steel stamps & marking dies, embossing stamps, numbering heads and type holders.

Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Integration
Our in-house design, engineering and manufacturing departments allow us to completely control every aspect of your part marking application, from concept to delivery, to installation and start-up support. Schmidt has full Unigraphics and ACAD capabilities and does not farm out any design services. Integration and custom capabilities include electrical, mechanical and software applications, and are available on all part marking product lines. Our customer service department is available Monday through Friday 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM CST and our technical support team is available 24/7.
Schmidt's industrial marking machines can be used for 2d part marking, 2d matrix, 2d barcodes and product traceability. Schmidt has the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a complete integrated system of part marking, reading and verifying.

CNC Machining Services
Schmidt Marking Systems offers its high precision contract CNC machining services. Through its sister company, Precise Machine Company, Schmidt now specializes in the high speed precision machining of electronic and medical PCB enclosures, heat sinks, aluminum castings and forgings. We also specialize in the close tolerance CNC machining of thin walled parts, motors, pumps and generator housings, as well as end bells and electrical connectors. We have the ability to work with conventional materials and exotic alloys, from steel and aluminum to titanium and magnetic steels.
